What is Wellness?
Wellness is the embodiment of being well - not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
It’s an active, ongoing process of making choices that lead to a fulfilling, balanced, and enriched life.
True wellness is a way of being. It’s about living well in a way that feels authentic to you.
What is Creative Wellness?
Creative Wellness is the belief that creativity is essential to wellbeing.
It expands beyond traditional wellness practices by integrating self-expression, creative flow, and artistic exploration as vital elements of a fulfilling life.
In my experiences in creating life and creating art, I have found that true wellbeing is a creative act.
The way we think, move, and authentically express ourselves shapes the way we feel, and through creative practices, we cultivate a sense of presence, clarity, and alignment.

I believe that your creativity is the most authentic expression of who you are. And the more you align with your authentic self, the more your life and creativity will flow.
• Curating your life with intention. What do you choose to surround yourself with? What thoughts, habits, and environments support your creativity and well-being?
• Embodying the mindset that you are the Artist of your Life. Your Life is your Art, and your Art is your Life.
• Cultivating creativity as a daily practice. Art, journaling and movement aren’t just hobbies, they are essential to a balanced and fulfilling life.
• Prioritizing your creative wellbeing in small steps: 15 minutes of creative practice is just 1% of your day, and this compounds over time.

• Honoring your mind, body, and soul. Wellness is about flow. When we enter creative flow states, we deepen our connection to ourselves, our emotions, and our purpose, and become fully present.
• Aligning with the cyclical and energetic flow of life and the natural world, and incorporating Taoist philosopy into your daily creative practices.
• Creating as a form of self-care. Whether it’s writing, painting or movement, self-expression is a powerful way to process emotions, reduce stress, and nourish the soul.
• Recognizing that creativity is not just about making art. Creativity is a state of being, a fundamental part of the human experience. You are and Artist. Your Life is your Art, and your Art is your Life.
